Job summary

Storage Scholars is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist for a part-time, remote internship. You will handle inbound leads, call and text customers, provide estimates, and guide them through booking moves in our online portal. You’ll promote upgrades and referrals while working a flexible schedule during peak season.

This fully remote, seasonal role offers 15–25 hours per week, with potential for up to 40 hours during March–May. Start date 1/25/27 and end date 8/1/27 are tentatively set.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from lead forms and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades and generate referrals.
