Storage Scholars is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist for a part-time internship, fully remote. You will field inbound leads, call existing customers to promote services, provide estimates, and guide customers through the online booking flow.

The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and a proactive sales mindset. Work is 15–25 hours per week, with peak-season hours and flexible evenings/weekends.

• Make proactive calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades and generate referrals.
