Storage Scholars is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist for a part-time internship with a fully remote setup. You will field inbound leads, call customers to promote usage, provide estimates, and guide customers through the online booking portal during the peak season.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adaptability, and a high level of emotional intelligence. The position offers part-time, seasonal hours (15–25 per week, up to 40 during peak season) and may require evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
