Storage Scholars is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist for a part-time, remote internship. You will handle inbound leads, reach out to customers for upselling opportunities, provide service estimates, and guide clients through the online booking flow.

This role emphasizes strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive sales mindset. The position is remote with a flexible schedule (15–25 hours/week, up to 40 hours during peak season).

Responsabilidades

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
