Job summary

Storage Scholars is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist (Part Time Internship) to help students move in/out, store, and ship their belongings. This remote, part-time role supports the Customer Experience Team by guiding customers through services and bookings.

You’ll handle inbound inquiries, provide estimates, and promote services. The position offers 15–25 hours per week, with up to 40 during peak season, and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with sales aptitude.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced changes and heavy workloads.
• Strong phone presence.
• High emotional intelligence to work with team and customers.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software rapidly.
• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from form submissions and calls.
• Make proactive calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades and generate referrals.
