Job summary

Expanish is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative (Program Advisor) to join a remote, globally-connected team. You will engage with prospective students, guide them through program selections, and work toward enrollment with a strong emphasis on customer-focused selling.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and comfort with CRM tools and AI assistants. This is a full-time remote role offering commissions and bonuses and collaboration across multiple

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2C sales, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or proficient English and Spanish are required; additional language is a must.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Aircall, or similar) and AI tools (Claude).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, video calls, and webinars.
• Understand student needs and guide toward the right Expanish program.
• Send quotes, follow up, and close enrollments to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle payments and coordinate handoff to Admissions for smooth enrollment.
• Collaborate with teams across Argentina, Spain, and Brazil in a multicultural environment.
