Polly Insurance Agency is seeking a bilingual Insurance Agent for inbound sales, remote-based, home office. You will analyze, advise, and sell personal lines policies to customers, handling ~150 inbound leads monthly and crossing through carrier systems to quote and close deals.

Training is provided with full-time hours and a transition to a full-time schedule. Average earnings range from 60k-85k in total compensation annually, with base salary considerations by location and experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills required.
• Bilingual required.
• 1+ year selling auto & home insurance in a call center.
