Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance solutions. The role offers paid licensing, remote work, and a high earning potential driven by base salary plus commissions.

Starting base salary is $45K with opportunities for growth; average earnings range from $55K–$75K, with top performers in year two earning $85K+. Training spans 16–18 weeks and licensing is included.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs and match coverages to convert sales leads into policyholders.
• Participate in paid training and licensing; work in a remote environment.
• Maintain productivity on a schedule with reliable home workspace and internet connectivity.
