Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring for Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance options. You’ll receive comprehensive training, licensing in all 50 states, and a dynamic role with strong earning potential.

Start as a licensed or unlicensed hire with 16–18 weeks training, a base salary of around $45K plus commissions, and opportunity to earn $55K–$75K+ on average, with top agents earning $85K+.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess customer needs.
• Consult with customers on insurance needs and match coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to help customers choose the right policies.
