American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Customer Service-Clinical department. The role focuses on handling incoming calls from Providers, Members and Health Plans, providing benefit information and problem resolution.

The position is full-time and remote, with a starting pay of $15/hour and potential to reach $16/hour within the first year, plus merit and bonuses after specified periods.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use multiple systems during a single interaction.

Responsabilités

• Receives and responds to incoming telephone calls.
• Answer incoming calls and outgoing calls in a professional, accurate, timely and courteous manner.
• Record information in ASH proprietary systems and look up caller data.
• Provide information and assistance to callers and forward logs for further research.
• Utilize online resources to deliver timely responses and meet service targets.
• Manage time to answer calls within required timeframes and follow up as needed.
• Attend meetings and participate in training as required.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
