Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be available to handle member inquiries in a health plan call center.
• Respond with empathy to complaints and concerns from members.
• Document interactions and information in the computer system.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with health plan, medical group or facility.
• Strive for first contact resolution and service recovery.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Maintain awareness of how performance affects members and strive to improve.
• Answer member and provider inquiries while typing into the system.
