Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans in a professional, courteous, and accurate manner.
• Research details using proprietary systems and create/record accurate information.
• Resolve moderately complex requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain call management targets and generate logs for further research.
• Handle clerical tasks and confidentiality of sensitive information.
