notifyMD is seeking an Overnight Call Center Representative in Chesapeake, VA. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring messages are captured accurately and routed to the right teams. Training on our internal call processing systems and tools is provided.

This is an inbound-only role with no telemarketing, and it requires strong English communication and a minimum 35 WPM typing speed. Full-time, overnight shifts (40 hours/week) with one weekend day and holidays.

Qualifications

• Inbound calls handling experience required.
• Strong command of English in written and spoken form.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM and accuracy expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and document messages accurately.
