Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC in the United States is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to dominate the US B2C market. You will handle phone negotiations and close deals quickly, backed by a large inbound lead flow and US clients.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, rapid growth, structured bonuses, and a performance-based path. Remote work is supported, and we provide comprehensive product training and ongoing sales coaching.

Qualifications

• Native-level English required.
• 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in closing roles.
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Ability to handle inbound leads and high-volume calls.

Responsibilities

• Close inbound leads and convert to paying customers.
• Crush the phone: pitch, handle objections, close deals with US clients.
• Own price negotiation within company rules to maximize budget.
• Learn the product inside out to confidently answer client questions.
• Keep HubSpot clean and organized; maintain an up-to-date pipeline.
• Close deals and secure deposits and hand off to Project Management.
