Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to crush it in the US B2C market. You will close inbound leads, sell over the phone, and negotiate terms to maximize client budgets. Learn our technical glass products to answer questions confidently and keep HubSpot updated for a clean pipeline.

Remote role with US-based clients; compensation includes base plus bonus structure and potential uncapped growth. Training and paid time off are provided.

Qualifications

• Native-level English and US client calls daily.
• 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably closing roles.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections.
• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Willingness to learn a technical/custom product.

Responsibilities

• Close hot inbound leads (≈200/month) with no cold calling.
• Crush the phone: pitch, handle objections, and close deals with US clients.
• Own pricing and negotiate terms within company rules to increase budgets.
• Learn product inside out to answer client questions confidently.
• Keep HubSpot clean: log notes, update stages, and manage tasks.
• Close deals and secure deposits; hand off to Project Management.
