Crystalia Glass LLC in the US is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to drive the US B2C market and close deals from inbound leads via phone, with uncapped commission and rapid growth in a remote-friendly, high-performance team.

This full-time role offers 8:30 am–5:00 pm (ET), remote work options, and a B2B contract structure. You will master our premium glass solutions, maintain a clean HubSpot pipeline, and coordinate with PM to close the project after deposits.

Qualifikationen

• English at native-level for US calls and fast pace.
• 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in closing roles.
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Remote work experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Close hot inbound traffic from ~200 leads per month.
• Pitch, handle objections, and close deals over the phone with US clients; follow up by text/email.
• Own price negotiation within company rules and push to increase client budget.
• Learn the product inside out to confidently answer client questions.
• Keep HubSpot clean and up-to-date, log notes and manage stages.
• Close deals and secure deposits; hand off to Project Management after closure.
