Job Title: Remote Inbound Appointment Setter (100% Work From Home)

Location:Remote from Latin America

Position Type:Full-time

Salary: $1,600 USD/month + performance bonuses ($150-300/month approximately)

Schedule: 5-day work week with weekend days preferred (Sat/Sun), 2 days off per week rotation;10:00 am - 7:00 pm (Central Standard Time US)

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking ROCKSTARS to join their amazing team!! This position is a part of their call center and serves all their 7 locations in Texas and Louisiana. This position does require at least TWO (2) years of outbound call experience, as well as evening and weekend availability to serve their prospects and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound phone calls responding to customer inquiries (no cold calls)
• Answering inbound phone calls
• Qualifying leads and setting appointments for Design Consultants (sales team)
• Inputting customer information accurately
• Maintaining accurate records of leads in the CRM system
• Confirming scheduled appointments and following up on existing leads
• Routing calls to the appropriate department when necessary

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

• Two (2) years of outbound call experience
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Strong customer service skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technology
• Verifiable experience in customer service, lead setting, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills for phone interactions
• Ability to handle a call volume of 150+ calls per day
• Effective time-management and attention to detail – data entry into multiple systems
• Professional demeanor and positive outlook
• Team player attitude
• Excellent English level
• Must be located in Latin America
