Continental Message Solution, Inc. (CMS) is seeking an Inbound Answering Service Operator to support over 2,500 client businesses. You will handle routine and emergency calls, guide callers, and relay messages to the correct client or department.

This role emphasizes accuracy in data entry and adherence to client scripting, with remote work options and paid training. Additional benefits include overtime, paid time off, and a performance-based bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Proficiency in computer operations.
• Must reside in Ohio or Nevada.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 35 WPM.
• Commit to a schedule for at least 6 months.
• Related work experience in call centers, medical, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls from a variety of industries following client directions and FAQ pages to answer questions.
• Data entry: input information quickly and accurately based on client scripting.
• Message relay: dispatch messages to the appropriate contact based on client instruction; notate/update accounts as requested.
