Customer Contact Services (CCS) is seeking experienced Client Support Specialists to provide inbound call support for multiple client accounts. You will handle appointments, gather detailed information, process orders, and resolve concerns with professionalism.

The role requires staying organized in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, and maintaining knowledge of multiple client programs and standards. Remote work is available with full-time hours and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of call center, customer service, or client-facing support experience.
• Ability to work across multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and general systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English, including strong grammar and spelling.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience meeting quality, accuracy, or performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls for multiple client accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
• Follow client-specific scripts, procedures, and service standards.
• Gather, verify, and document caller information with accuracy.
• Schedule appointments and relay messages correctly.
• Provide clear, accurate product and service information.
• Process online reservations.
• Handle difficult or escalated calls with composure and judgment.
• Meet or exceed Quality Assurance standards.
• Maintain knowledge of all assigned client programs and accounts.
