Job summary

Hearth is hiring for an inbound sales role in the US remote setting. You will engage contractors who have shown interest, qualify quickly, run live product demos, and close deals—often in the first call.

After closure, accounts move to Customer Success, keeping your focus on revenue generation. The role offers an aggressive commission model with a $45,000 base and potential earnings up to $200,000+, plus stock options and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Close rate and quota attainment demonstrated
• Managed an inbound sales pipeline
• Nice to have: experience selling into the trades or home improvement space

Responsibilities

• Manage an inbound pipeline and make outbound calls to engaged contractors
• Qualify leads quickly and perform live discovery
• Run live product demos and close deals, often in the first call
• Work new inbound leads daily and manage your active pipeline
• Own a monthly quota of closed deals based on deal size
• Ensure smooth onboarding by handing customers off to Customer Success
• Keep pipeline and activity logged in Salesforce and Dialpad
