Job summary

ChurnZero is seeking a Customer Education Architect to design and deliver in-product learning experiences and scalable curricula. This hands-on role builds walkthroughs, e‑learning modules, and assessments that enable customers to progress from onboarding to expert use.

You’ll own content accuracy, partner with Product and Enablement teams, and drive measurable outcomes like reduced support tickets and higher self-service engagement. Remote, US-based role with a focus on customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years in customer education or enablement in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building e-learning modules and assessments.
• Experience building in-app learning experiences is a plus.
• Portfolio of e-learning samples.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable curricula and asynchronous e-learning modules.
• Design storyboards, courses, and assessments by customer role.
• Develop in-app learning experiences (Walkthroughs, Success Centers).
• Ensure content accuracy across product updates.
• Collaborate with Product and Enablement teams to prioritize builds.
• Track outcomes like support deflection and self-serve engagement.
