Job summary

ChurnZero seeks a Customer Education Architect to design scalable learning experiences embedded in the product and Academy. You will build curricula, storyboards, and assessments, and develop in-app walkthroughs and Success Centers to help customers move from onboarding to expert use.

You will ensure content stays current with product evolution, drive async self-serve adoption, and measure outcomes like ticket deflection and self-service engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in instructional design, learning sciences, or related field.
• 3-5 years in customer education, instructional design, or enablement within B2B SaaS preferred.
• Experience building e-learning modules, storyboards, assessments, and evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable learning infrastructure and curricula, including asynchronous e-learning modules, for in-app use and the Academy.
• Design storyboards, course assessments, and learning paths by customer role and maturity level.
• Create in-app walkthroughs and Success Centers; maintain content accuracy across product updates.
