Job summary

ChurnZero is hiring a Customer Education Architect to transform onboarding into embedded, contextual learning. You will design scalable curricula and in-the-moment education inside the ChurnZero Academy, building asynchronous modules and assessments that move customers from setup to confident usage.

You’ll own curricula structures, certification tracks, and storyboards, aligning content with product evolution to improve time-to-value and self-serve adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in instructional design or related field.
• 3–5 years in customer education or enablement in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building e-learning modules, storyboards, assessments.
• Experience building in-app or in-product learning (walkthroughs, guides, success centers) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content creation or adaptive learning tools.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build in-app walkthroughs and Success Centers to guide customers.
• Design and iterate on e-learning modules and assessments.
• Maintain content accuracy as the product evolves.
• Collaborate with Product to update curriculum and roadmap.
• Measure outcomes like support-ticket deflection and self-serve engagement.
• Establish feedback loops and analyze learner behavior.
