Hilton is seeking a driven sales professional to join our timeshare sales team. You will focus on closing deals while we handle post-sale tasks, enabling you to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

We provide comprehensive training, ongoing education, and a range of benefits including health insurance from day one, 401k matching, and a stock purchase plan. A real estate license and weekend availability are required to qualify.

Formación

• Must have sales experience and a professional appearance.
• Active state real estate license and ability to work weekends/holidays.
• Ability to navigate Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral and Outlook.
• Reside in a state where Hilton Grand Vacations has a broker relationship.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while delivering superior customer service.
• Work independently and with partners across the organization.
• Attend all sales meetings and trainings via Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain a professional presence and represent the brand in client interactions.
• Contribute to closing deals and driving sales results.
