Job summary

Ethos is seeking in-house M&A deal managers to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft board decks, target screens, synergy exhibits, and integration planning materials while maintaining high-quality PowerPoint craftsmanship.

The role is fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week, with compensation at $100/hour and ASAP start. Candidates should have 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A and a track record of producing

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support deal teams by producing board materials and update memos for live transactions.
