Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Produce board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, and deal update memos.
• Contribute to integration planning decks and pipeline review materials with high accuracy.
