Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced M&A senior manager to help train an AI language model by crafting professional presentations and slide decks for live transactions. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows, including board approval decks and deal update memos.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company, with expert PowerPoint

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Run acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships in-house to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (board decks, target screening, synergy exhibits, deal memos, integration plans, pipeline reviews)
