Job summary

Ethos is seeking in-house M&A deal managers to train an AI model by crafting and refining professional presentations and slide decks. You will work on board approval decks, target screening presentations, and integration materials with a focus on precision and clarity.

The role requires 4+ years in corporate development, expert PowerPoint skills, and strong written communication. This is a remote, flexible engagement offering ~5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Produce board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, and deal update memos.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure precision and clarity in executive materials.
