Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced corporate development and in-house M&A professionals to help train their AI-driven presentation workflows. You will create, evaluate, and refine board materials, target screening decks, and integration planning slides for live transactions.

This fully remote, flexible role requires 4+ years in corporate development, expert PowerPoint skills, and precise written communication. Work 5–20 hours weekly with an ASAP start at $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows (board decks, target screenings, synergy exhibits)
• Produce materials for live transactions and integration planning
• Ensure high-quality, concise written and visual communication in presentations
