Job summary

Ethos is seeking in‑house M&A deal managers to train an AI model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine decks for board approvals, target screening, synergy analyses, deal memos, integration planning, and pipeline materials.

This flexible, remote role requires 4+ years in corporate development and expert PowerPoint skills. The position offers $100/hour, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired), ASAP start, and is fully remote, allowing you to work on

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in‑house M&A
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows
• Support board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of materials
