Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a high-energy sales professional to travel within the assigned territory, conduct in-home inspections, and convert warm leads into new business. You will diagnose issues, present repair options, and close sales on-site, while building lasting customer relationships and reporting to the local branch.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in-home and maintain relationships.
• Report to the home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings.
