BehaviorCare Therapy is a leading home-based ABA provider focused on children with autism in Arizona. We support BCBAs with small caseloads, strong supervision, and tools for success in a remote/telehealth-enabled setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification (BACB) and be a licensed LBA active in Arizona.
• Ability to lead and supervise ABA therapists on cases.
• Experience designing and updating individualized ABA treatment plans and intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases.
• Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on client progress; review reports and session notes.
• Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques.
