We are seeking a BCBA who will supervise RBTs/Therapists, develop and oversee treatment programs, and analyze data to improve client outcomes. This fully remote role requires Arizona residency and a passion for making a difference in families' lives.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA Certification.
• Experience supervising RBTs/Therapists is preferred.
• Arizona residency is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports.
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments.
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
