Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy seeks a BCBA-LBA to lead ABA services for children with autism in Arizona. You will supervise therapists, design and update individualized treatment plans, and implement behavior interventions while analyzing progress data.

The role includes parent training, collaboration with program managers, and in-person assessments, with remote/telehealth options available for assessments where feasible. A strong focus on outcomes and mentorship is emphasized.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB and active LBA license in Arizona.
• Experience leading ABA therapists/teams and designing/analyzing ABA programs.
• Ability to conduct in-person assessments and update treatment plans regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases.
• Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on client progress.
• Review reports and session notes.
• Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques.
