Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking a BCBA-LBA in Arizona to lead and supervise ABA therapists in both remote/telehealth roles and in-person assessments. The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for bonuses and growth.

You will design and update individualized ABA treatment plans, analyze progress, and mentor staff, while maintaining high-quality outcomes for children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Active Arizona LBA credential.
• Ability to complete in-person assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases.
• Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and make program adjustments based on client progress.
• Review reports and session notes.
• Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques.
