Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead in-home and clinic-based ABA programs. This remote role must be performed by a BCBA who resides in Arizona and can supervise RBTs and therapists delivering treatment plans to clients across Arizona.

The candidate will design skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, conduct quarterly competency checks, and analyze data in Central Reach to drive meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification and reside in Arizona.
• Experience supervising RBTs/therapists is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports.
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments.
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
