Total Care ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role to support children with autism. You’ll design and oversee individualized treatment programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and AZ LBA license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior therapists.
• Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Analyze data using Central Reach.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure quality care.
