Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new processes and systems in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely shipment updates and responsive support for import shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, overseas partners, and internal teams on shipment status and delivery requirements.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service.
• Develop knowledge of transportation processes, documentation, and systems through hands-on operational support.
• Track and monitor shipments, maintaining accurate file setup, milestones, and shipment visibility.
• Communicate customs clearance and shipment requirements to appropriate stakeholders.
• Follow up with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to minimize service disruptions and costs.
• Assist with file finalization, billing audits, and invoice completion.
