Job summary

Mohawk Global is seeking an Import Transportation Coordinator to independently manage international air and ocean import shipments from origin to delivery. You will serve as the primary operational contact for customers, overseas partners, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring visibility, compliance and service excellence.

This role requires 2–3 years in international transportation or logistics and strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating international air/ocean import shipments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for customers and partners; provide shipment updates and issue resolution.
• Maintain shipment visibility and communicate delays and milestones.
• Coordinate international air and ocean import shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Manage documentation, customs clearance coordination, dispatching, and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards; support continuous improvement.
