Job summary

OL-USA LLC is seeking an Import Inside Sales Specialist to support our sales team and drive growth in the US market. This remote role requires coordinating import quotes, proposals, and price opportunities while collaborating with carriers and internal teams.

You will nurture accounts, manage high volumes, and translate opportunities into revenue in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with freight forwarder or logistics experience and strong communication will thrive.

Qualifications

Experience in sales support within freight forwarder/ logistics.
Import quoting experience.
Strong written and verbal communication with ability to handle complex customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Create import quotes and sales proposals; collaborate with the team on pricing decisions, supplier selection and timing
Nurture accounts to retain existing relationships and to grow share of business
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accounts are properly maintained
Coordinate and work with other departments on RFP/RFI/RFQ, quote and price opportunities, and develop solutions to secure business
Translate business opportunities into incremental revenue through strong selling; negotiate with customers and carriers
Accurately maintain and update information in the company's System
Manage, track, and report sales activities and results
