Qualifications

• 2–3 years of strong freight forwarding experience with HTS, ISF, and customs entries.
• 2–3 additional years in international air/ocean freight, quotations, invoicing, and customer service.
• Strong regulatory understanding and ability to work independently in a small office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international air and ocean import shipments from origin through final delivery.
• Work directly with overseas agents, customers, steamship lines, airlines, truckers, and co-loaders.
• Arrange transportation, customs clearance, and final‑mile delivery.
• Track shipments to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
