• 1+ years of software implementation or project onboarding experience.
• Demonstrated experience navigating and configuring complex software systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute a high volume of complex, multi-layered software project setups and configurations.
• Manage inbound setup requests and support tickets.
• Utilize Asana checklists for project setup.

Skills
