Job summary

Savance seeks an Implementation & Support Specialist to drive successful deployments and provide expert client guidance throughout implementation. You’ll work with clients, PMs, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific needs.

Responsibilities include engaging clients, coordinating projects, deploying systems remotely or on-site, training staff, and maintaining documentation while gathering feedback for product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Software development, SQL, and/or testing experience preferred.
• Experience with a ticketing system preferred.
• Windows server experience preferred.
• Experience installing, configuring, and imaging Windows desktops preferred.
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, understanding their requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Assist in the configuration and installation of EIOBoards, Visitor Management Systems, Digital Display Boards and Mustering Solutions at client sites, remotely or on-site.
• Conduct training sessions for clients’ staff to ensure proficiency with deployed systems and provide ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of implementation processes, client requirements, and project progress.
• Gather client feedback post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product enhancements.
• Address technical issues during implementation, coordinating with the technical support team to resolve them efficiently.
