Job summary

GreenSlate is seeking an Implementation Specialist to be the first contact for clients onboarding to our production finance platform. You will handle project setups, respond to inquiries, coordinate check-printing supplies, and ensure clients have the tools they need to begin smoothly.

This full-time remote position is based in the United States and involves using Asana to track client journeys, escalating issues as needed, and collaborating with the Implementation team to deliver a positive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer service.
• 1+ year in software implementation or project onboarding.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client questions and escalate issues as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide timely responses to calls and emails with accurate information.
• Coordinate collection of client information for project set-up.
• Input new projects in payroll system and handle work location requests.
• Assist with basic software questions to help users navigate GreenSlate platform.
