You will work closely with the Implementation Manager to develop onboarding strategies for new clients and guide them through the setup of our SmartLink platform, ensuring a smooth transition and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 2-3 years in implementation, project management, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with software implementation and CRM systems preferred.
• Knowledge of the water management industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding Strategies: Collaborate with the Onboarding Manager to develop and execute comprehensive onboarding strategies for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary resources and information required for client onboarding and implementation.
• Client Guidance: Guide clients through the implementation process, providing training and support to ensure they are fully equipped to leverage our solutions effectively.
• Workflow Streamlining: Utilize established processes and best practices to streamline implementation workflows and ensure consistency across projects.
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing any questions or concerns and providing timely updates on project progress.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of services.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor implementation performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with the Implementation Manager to develop and implement solutions.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support to clients, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any issues that may arise.
