Job summary

MeridianLink is seeking an Implementation Analyst to own the end-to-end lifecycle of client deployments across MeridianLink’s software solutions, driving successful launches and long-term value. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Systems.

• Collaborative team player with flexibility to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle across MeridianLink software solutions.
• Educate clients on platform capabilities and best practices to drive adoption.
• Lead onboarding activities including core connectivity and third-party integrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage client expectations and milestones.
• Maintain project schedules and optimize resource utilization.
• Identify issues early and propose resolutions to avoid escalations.
