Job summary

Vallen seeks an Implementation Solutions Lead to drive end-to-end vending, VMI, and technology deployments. You will own the lifecycle from planning through go-live, coordinating with customers, PMs, FPS, and site teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires technical knowledge, strong project ownership, and ability to lead multiple implementations while improving processes and standards for scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a distributor of MRO products.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production storeroom or tool crib.
• Experience in inventory management or industrial distribution.
• Smartsheet is preferred for project planning.
• Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt training is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO/QS9000 standards is beneficial.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Cribmaster administration knowledge is favorable.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns the vending and technology implementation lifecycle from project initiation through post-go-live support.
• Manages implementation activities across multiple concurrent projects and ensures timelines and deliverables.
• Maintains and updates detailed implementation project plans in Smartsheet, including tasks and milestones.
• Leads configuration planning and execution for vending and technology solutions.
• Provides go-live and transition support to site operations and stakeholders.
• Coordinates reporting configurations and customer requirements.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Develops tools, templates, and best practices to improve consistency.
