Job summary

Vallen is seeking an Organizational Change Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide projects and drive organizational change across the business. You will apply ADKAR and other frameworks to improve adoption, coordinate training, and keep stakeholders aligned on project plans from initiation to implementation.

The role requires strong communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5+ years of project management leadership experience.
• 2+ years in change management, organizational development, or related field.
• Familiarity with ADKAR/Prosci methodologies.
• Expertise with project management tools (MS Project or Smartsheet).
• Proficient with MS 365 and Visio for process mapping and communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence.
• Experience facilitating meetings, training sessions, and group discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide projects and organizational change initiatives using structured change management.
• Coordinate communications, training, and adoption activities across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain change deliverables, logs, and documentation across projects.
• Draft targeted change-related communications for multiple employee groups.
• Manage change communications calendar with PMO and Communications teams.
• Coordinate ADKAR certification sessions and onboarding for new Change Agents.
• Plan and facilitate Change Agent calls, develop agendas, and track actions.
• Partner with training facilitators and track program reach and growth.
• Monitor adoption metrics and surface resistance signals with corrective actions.
• Support post-implementation analysis for continuous improvement and process mapping.
• Serve as liaison between project teams, clients, and functional areas.
