• Coordinate pilot, go-live, and phased regional rollouts across teams and vendors.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and readiness criteria for major implementation phases.
• Ensure organizational readiness through cross-functional coordination among business, technical, OCM, and training teams.
• Provide regular status updates and facilitate cross-functional meetings to keep stakeholders informed.
