Job summary

• 11+ years of experience in project management, implementation, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functional and technical implementation efforts across the project and with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between project teams to prepare for implementation, including vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with Training Manager, Organizational Change Manager, and Vendor to ensure proper training and communications for planned tasks.
• Oversee pilot, rollout, site support, and defect/issue reporting; ensure acceptance criteria are met before transitions.
